Dr. Rallison is a native of Utah. He grew up in North Ogden and attended Weber High School and the Ogden Weber Applied Technology College. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Rallison worked as a dental assistant for 5 years in North Ogden, where he earned his Bachelor of Science from Weber State University. Dr. Rallison was then asked to attend the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he was also selected for a Health Professions Scholarship from the United States Air Force. After his graduation from dental school, Dr. Rallison was then chosen to attend an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program with the United States Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
